Didn't the town in Norway in Ascension also translate roughly to "silent hill?"

Did Ascension name its town? I know it's set in Norway, mostly, but can't find anything about a specific city name. The Pennsylvania town is Hope's Junction.

Norwegian is very closely related to Swedish, and I can confirm that Stilledalen literally translates to "The silent valley".
