I followed all the rules of what they said!!
I openned all four ending in one slot
I chose the Eileen Custon fifth time
I beat the game fifth time, I killed Walter after he died I pressed Triangle + Circle Simalteneously
But nothing happened!!!! Where I can press it, maybe I pressed it in a wrong time, can anyone help me please!!!!
Anyways, I don't know anything about this information, though pressing certain buttons.... Circle and Triangle? At the same time? Doesn't sound legit to me.
i'm not sure. in silent hill 2 , there were 4 endings with 1 joke ending. considering that shh has the number that it does, one can only assume. it would be cool if they did include one though

I dont think SH4 have a UFO ending, but just asking, why would they put UFO endings in all the parts of SH1,2,3, origin and 5 and not with the 4 things?!!
Silent Hill is REALLY Complicated!!!
It seems that the developers intended to include a UFO ending, but decided against it for some reason or another. Tthere are codes that will enable you to hack into the game and get the Channeling Stone, but you can't do anything with it.
I think it may have been because the UFO endings are canonically linked, like there's a seperate "UFO Canon", and according to that, the UFOs destroyed SH after 3, but of course SH4 doesn't actually happen in SH...I don't know.
Sorry for bumping a nearly 3 year old thread! But a vid just got posted to youtube where some guy claims he got the ufo ending & others are chiming in saying it's not fake etc. It's likely a troll but the ending sequence itself is actually really well done & is pretty close to what they would have done for a ufo ending!
I was going to post the vid to another forum I frequent & ask if any expert vid editors could tell if it was chopped but then got to reading that there's programs that allow you to edit the games files & add in your own stuff too (Game Archive UnPacker, not linking as I'm not sure if I'm allowed) So it's not necessarily a video edit.
Also the way to get the ending has all the other usual fake azz s***, insanely hard to get mainly so that no one can dis prove it. Also the ending looks like a flash animation so that adds to the fakeness.
It's interesting if nothing else!
Taking into consideration that only one person in the entire world has allegedly unlocked this ending -- despite all available evidence pointing to the non-existence of such a thing -- a whole seven years after the game was released, I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say that this is a fake.
