I've beaten SH3, now I'm trying to unlock anything I can. And I have found that there are 10 Extreme Action Modes after you play the game on the hard mode.
And I just like to know if anyone who of has play on any of the Extreme Modes.
I also know of a cheat where if you use the Heather/Sexy Beam and kill a number of monsters, you get the UFO ending and that it counts as completed game, which unlocks the next the Extreme Mode.
And I look to see if this Topic was already talked about. But there is another topic like sorry. And please don't hate me.

I've only play the first Extreme Action Mode, but I get kill before the sewer. I try that Cheat I talked about, but I can't finish the level. jimmy stone can you tried the cheat to see if it works.

Nope. I don't think I could handle the Extreme modes. However, with the bullet adjusts and special weapons, it might be easier then I think.
UFO ending route might work, though I haven't tried it. It makes sense, though you can't do that and get a 10-Star Ranking. Try and beat X- I heard you get a special prize (really. I mean it. Honest.)

well I have MAXXED the crap out of SH3 so I played all extremes too.Fastest was to unlock each extreme is UFO ending although is still MUCH gaming .Honestly I dont see big diffrence between lvl 10 or let say 3 , both are much harder than usual ones.Unlocking Extremes is easy and fast if you wear Prnices Heart costume and killing monster with that "sexy beam" thing they are dying after some time and then UFO ending and soso on 10 times but bad news b4 you need to finish game in all action game modes which gives about 13 playthroughs , and if you consider yourself very skilled -10 stars ranking awaits you- to get that I think I have playthrough game about 5 times so I ended up at about 20 playthrous of SH3 you gotta be very patient and determined

Just try this, play and extreme action or just in hard in new game, not extra new game, just with the basic, with none wep especial, or princess heart or nothing, that is a chalange!
Well I got some news for you guy, I just got to the Extreme Action Mode X. All I have to do is this final game, get the prize for beating Action Mode X, and I will have unlock everything in the game.... wish me luck.

I had beat all of the extreme levels by using my sexy beam ONLY because believe it or not, the sexy beam made it easier for me. So I recommend equiping the princess heart and sexy beam when your trying to beat all of the extreme levels.
Hint: When you equip the God of Thunder costume, and you walk in a bloody and cursed hallway, your health will not decrease. I just found this out a few weeks ago, so I hope it works for you. [/i]

I did it, I FUCKING DID IT. I finally beat Silent Hill 3, I have unlocked all of the weapons, all of the outfits, and I just unlocked all of the Ten Extreme Action Modes.
