Silent Hill 3 — Random Noise Videos.

Post by Kerrigan »

I've recorded everything—if I've missed something, it was most likely excluded during the editing process; if that happens I'll go back and feature whatever's missing in an addendum.

Cheers, and enjoy!

01 Nightmare, Shopping Center
02 Subway, Underpass, Sewers
03 Construction Site, Hilltop Center
04 The Hospital
05 Amusement Park and Church

or view the entire playlist here.

Awesome video! I'll definitely watch the others when they are ready

Really? You hear it in the Hilltop Center, too; maybe you're more familiar with that one.

Aww, thank you! And yeah, it takes some playing around to trigger some of them, like the Numb Body hallway sound.

Thanks! The second part is up now.

Subway, Underpass, Sewers.

I don't know how you couldn't have heard that one, it plays every second that you get in that spot. Maybe your volume was to low. I don't know, that's wierd.

Really nice videos, Kerrigan. Some of these noises, I never noticed 'em before.

Speaking about the double-heads, I always liked their howls.

Definitely creepy to listen to. I too heard some noises that I hadn't caught before. Thanks for uploading 'em. I look forward to more.

Thank you, everyone!

The next video:

Construction Site, Hilltop Center

And another:

The Hospital

And the last:

Amusement Park and Church

There's very few random noises towards the end of the game.

It was fun recording them!

Somebody else should do videos from the other games, haha.

^ Funny of you to say that. I thought you was going to record more videos from the other games.

Guess I was wrong. . . :?

I could...!

But, in SH3, there are actually some other cool noises in the data that were never implemented in the final version. Somewhere in the Hilltop Center a clip would have played that was maybe twenty seconds long; it sounded like a baby crying for its mother. Maybe I could feature clips like that in the addendum?

Creepy.....thanks for posting! I think it's those little details that make the SH series so good, and in my opinion, the best horror series.

Yeah that's probably it. Only played through this game twice, and didn't turn the volume up that high.
