Trying to find post about clues on backstory

Back when the first screen shots of SH8 came out, someone noticed Murphy's prison code was the same as California penal code 273A (Murphy's code was RS 273A) is about child murder. Since the trailer contained a girl, maybe some backstory why Murphy was in jail?

Except that Silent Hill isn't in California, so it may mean something entirely different. I'll do a little digging to see what I can come up with.
