SH:SM for PS3 Users - Set Up Tips

Post by morgs »

If youv bought SH:SM to play on your 60GB PS3 you may come across two warning messages before youl be able to play.

First one is a 'No Controller' message. Just tap the PS/Analog button depending on what pad your useing and that should get you through.

Secound one is a 'No Memory Card In Slot 1' message. This means you either havent made a PS2 memory card on your PS3 or the PS2 memory card you have made isnt set to slot 1. Go to PS3 Menu/Game/Memory Card Utility/ then create a new PS2 memory card if you havent got one. Now highlight the PS2 memory card and press Triangle/Assign Slots/Slot 1. Now youl be able to play.

Didn't have many problems playing it on my PS3. Just two things:
Sometimes the audio would start looping but that was only with the phone messages, etc. So that didn't bother me that much.
One that sucked was when I finished my 2nd playthrough. It failed to save correctly and corrupted the file. Now I've lost the save. >_<
