Lisa could have been around the same age in Origins as she was in SH1, appearance-wise. It's highly possible that Lisa died long before Harry arrived, as she isn't quite human in SH1; all we know is that she cared for Alessa long enough after Origins to be disturbed by it and attempt to quit her job. That could have been within one or two years.

No it's not. She died the same night Harry and Cheryl arrived in Silent Hill.

I like the idea of Lisa dying on the night Harry arrived in Silent Hill, it makes more sense somehow

Is that in one of those guidebooks?

Lisa does look like she is about 20 in Origins, and sounds like it too, but she isn't. When I was 16, people thought I was older. I was a freshman in high school, and seniors thought I was a transfer student in the senior class. :)

Well, she is suffering from a bad case of death.
