Anyone else still not get it?

Post by oocladableeblah »

I have been checking the websites for the various stores around my area and still they say on back order or notify me when it is available. Circuit City still hasn't emailed me about availability and I am waiting for a call from a game store for when it gets there. It is now 8pm and still no call.

Either this game sold extremely well or stores haven't gotten it yet or something.

Didn't it just come out like, yesterday? It's possible that not all these places actually get it on time--game stores being the exception, since that's what they sell, but places like Circuit City or whatever that don't specifically specialize in selling games may not have it out yet or may not make it a priority.
I'm not dead yet, dammit.

Word. I bought my copy today, and my three-sixty is on a UPS truck, on it's way here. Upon it's arrival at "eight to ten o'clock." tomorrow morning--or should I say six hours?--I will be plugging up my fixed X-Box and beating Silent Hill Homecoming late tomorrow night.

Hmmm.

best buy has it as "backordered" on their website, but you have to actually go down there and take it off the shelf yourself. i went yesterday to best buy (and as always) they had it, but it wasn't on the shelves, it was in the back (stock)... actually, they had the box of PS3 and Xbox versions still sitting in receiving, which is terrible. stores like best buy and circuit city are usually slow to put new games on the shelves unless it's Madden, GOW or MGS4.

Wouldn't you rather savor the experience? It's like fine wine. Don't chug!

I personally plan on this game lasting me till the end of october. Okay, I don't know if I can do that.

everyone has their own opinion, but i think it is a great game. everyone should decide if they like or not on their own.

Ok I got it. I never got a call from the game store and circuit city never emailed me and it has now been out for 2 days.
I just decided to go to gamestop instead of relying on websites.

Depends on the shipping method. Normally I'd say 6-8 days max... You also have to consider that it *might* have been delayed through customs.

Well seeing as I haven't finished Origins yet, I'd rather wait it out. Haven't had much time to play games lately so I'll just put it on the Christmas instead.
