The freckles are clearly painted on or photoshopped. And I suspect the eyes are as well.

Now that I look closer, I agree with that as well. Good job noticing that. They look too glossy.
She said she did the freckles with Makeup. the only shopped part was the contrast and the border.

Agreed with Stevo and CasuallyDressed. It's hard to tell, but under the ton of make up she probably wdoesn't look identical to Heather. All the more kudos for her outfit and make up and stuff, then.
I can't believe i earned 10 Silent Hill cash for this.
