That's a really cool map you got there. Wasn't all the areas of Silent Hill 1 destroyed by Alessa. ( Entire roads destroyed to stop Harry. ) And that's why they are not shown again after Silent Hill 1.

Dosn't Vincent metion to Heather that alot of the roads are damaged ? So she has to take a alternate road to the Amusement park ?

they are, that's why you can't explore the entire map in SH3, but it's really only one long road to the amusement park.
