Gore gore gore....

i don't think a good horror film necessarily needs alot of gore, or silent hill for that matter. but i thought the gore was good. it wasn't too extreme, Gans said himself, he wanted viewers to be disturbed, not disgusted. there is a huge difference between the 2

I really, truly enjoy as much gore in a movie as possible. The gore at the end of KillBill... WAS WEAK! Yep, i said it. WEAK! Blood splatter dosn't count as gore for me. Not KillBill's kind anyway. My kinda gore is hanged, mutilated bodies and doctors walking down the hall with blood on em and intestines hangin in their hand and shat like that. I enjoyed Hostel's gore too, especially when the mad man fried the Asian chicks face off. WOOOOOOT! But SH had plenty gore. It wouldn't bother me if they made more gore in the sequel.

The splatter in KillBill was cool but i..... uhhhh....... ok, ur right, i liked it. I don't even know why i said that. Thnx for nokin sense into me. The only gore i can't stand is BONES! I can barely watch bones being smashed and broken outward. God, i left the theater watching SAW III in the beginning cuase i ate too much befoer the movie and nasty broken bone. Lotta food + smashed bone. Not good. But i took a crap and then came right back. Saw III had some nasty moments, whew!

Hey, c'mon all you!
I don't think the gore was enough in the movie, in fact it was too little!
The end scene in the church was perfect, it made us see all the rage and hate of alessa's taking her revenge!
Next movie has to have more gore and Otherworld scenes. Period.

The gore was definately...gore-ish. But, considering the deep meaning of punishment and judgement the movie had, I think it was fitting. Granted, Cybil burning was...just, rather painful to watch, and the poor girl Pyramid Head got didn't seem very fun on her end.
The barbwire, though worthy, I guess is...understandable, considering what they did.
