...The chronicles of Heather manipulating a gas pumper to...get her fast food from the Happy Burger so she can use it's greasy power to repel demons? No, I was being ironic. If an Endings game came out to explain how the great story about Silent hill ends.. I would be quite pissed off (Im not talki...

Both sides are real. They're two halves of the same asshole. The kid is the real Walter, and he's no asshole. Doesn't the older walter still talk about rebirthing his mother though? I thought his older self said that a few times throughout the game. i could be mistaken though. If you mean when he's...

v1nc3n+ wrote:I recently won Silent Hill on ebay and will receive it Sept. 5th. I purchased it for $47 and I'm just wondering if that was considered good, or should I resell it and then use the money I make from that to buy a sealed version?
No shit? That's a very, very, very, very, very good deal indeed!

Although the snow certainly adds to the atmosphere, it does seem as though they just put it in to help hide the fact how bad the graphics were... Like, the team had this incredible image in their head of how everything should have looked, but they couldn't put that together, so they did the best th...

I was at Dave & Buster's a few nights ago, for people who don't know it's probly the biggest arcade around here and it's got alot of the more technologically advanced games rather then pinball and pacman. I was hoping that for some amazing reason I would get extremly lucky and see the SH Arcade...

Huh? Lol, that actually made me laugh a bit. :P

To me, Lisa is a cute scared nurse with hot legs, but she's not slutty.

The lying figures in the movie were I guess made to represent people who mutated from the toxins from the coal fires.
My mistake.

I was 9, after I've been playing Resident Evil 2 and 3 with my uncle I was impressed by this genre I've never heard of before. I was so damn amazed by the graphics and movements, and really enjoyed seing zombie after zombie die.. I soooo wanted to have them myself, and I was actually just going to b...

Why not make an easy explanation for once? Like this: The Konami 3D-department had just learned to animate some cool snow, so they thought "Hey, why not put that in the game while we're still at it!"

Pyramid head had no place in the movie. Neither did the laying figure. I agree about P-head. The laying figure however, was a new monster in the 'series' and he did actually symolize something. He was the janitor of the school, and made use of Alessa sexually. When Alessa spread her deepest nightma...

Gans also stated that he wanted to show the audience that a woman could gain inner strength. What would be interesting is if the roles were reversed in the sequel. A male lead character starts off strong, but his inner demons start to pull him down the spiral leaving him mentally paralyzed. James i...

But I've always wondered, when Joseph lived in room 302 before Henry, how did he manage to actually bring the whole f*ckin room into the Otherworld? Ask Walter, he's the one who did it. And it's not so much that he pulled the room in so much as he probably made an Otherworld duplicate. Then another...

That depends. The one side of Walter who is controlled by Valtiel knows what he's doing (rebirthing the God), but the 'real' side of Walter still thinks he will rebirth his own Mother.

Joseph's room 302 (includes spoilers)

In the second half of the game, theres a part when you briefly visits Joseph Schreibers room 302. The room is filled with holy candles, so no monsters or Walter himself can reach him. But I've always wondered, when Joseph lived in room 302 before Henry, how did he manage to actually bring the whole ...

My theory about the ritual is that; the only one who can perform it is someone who doesn't know he's performing it. But I guess it's a crappy theory.

I think they're a representation of his views on the human race as a whole, or rather, how he perceives them now that he's "god." I think Walter most certainly does view himself as a god. He's surpassed the boundaries of life and death and now rules over his "kingdom," presiding...
