Another point to be raised is the chatter of the other mall-goers before you get the gun.
Does this imply we're still in reality?

Henry can't break the windows. Henry can't fire off rounds and have people hear them. This is mad evident when he shouts to Mr. Sunderland and Eileen through the door. They don't here him. It's again shown by the chipped away wall that leads to Elieen's room. In the words of a great man: look at the...

I think SH4 is Walter's story, told through the eyes of Henry. Similar to the book One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.

She turns the valve expecting--nothing? Gets nothing, and... is upset by it? Because she was starting to understand that, whatever is going on, everything she sees has some sort of purpose in her progress. Everything is something she can use or something she can hurt her. She turns the valve, hopin...

I tried it again recently, and I guess for some reason, I skipped over it all those other times. I got it to work now.

I really don't understand why It would be a choice with Wheeler.. I mean, if theres a friggin medpack there... and hes dying... who in their right mind (okay, that kind of explains why Alex had to decide) would let him die? Because he's a stereotypical black cop who has as much to do with Homecomin...

If you think it shifted totally the second she walked into the bathroom... well, I dunno. I can't really buy that, I guess. It just seems too neat a transformation. Have they ever happened so quickly in previous games before, basically in the span it takes to open and shut a door? We've never seen ...

Well, if we heard the conversation, it would have to be tailored so that Harry wouldn't call Cheryl by name. He wouldn't call her Heather while engaged in a private phone conversation. I don't think it's done to mask his identity as much as it is to intentionally trivialize him at this early point....

We don't hear anyone on the other end because it's unnecessary for us to hear it, at the other times what we hear on the phone is important either for story or for fuckedupness We know that Harry says that he loves her, what more do we need from that conversation? What exactly are you saying, that ...

If you go by Lost Memories , the red sunset is one of the symbols connected to Alessa's suffering. In that case, Heather never once leaves unreality. The opening scene where Heather wakes up in Happy Burger is considered part of the "loop" as well, so that strengthens the idea that Heathe...

Yggdrasil

I searched, and only a brief mentioning was found. After the first cutscene with Claudia, there is a door in that passageway that say "Ygg-drasil," a tree made of Ash in Norse Mythology which connects three world. I was thinking a House of Leaves reference, but I'm unsure of its plot signi...

At what point do we change from real world to abyss?

I saw a thread somewhat related to this in the QL, but I figured this is different enough to constitute a new thread. Just close this thread if you mods feel otherwise. I've heard that the only point in the series in which we see our world is out Henry's window in SH4. So, does that mean that when w...
