Well that would be easy to make it harder to aim, just don't include a laser sight on every weapon, and BAM...difficulty in aiming automatically. In fact, without an autoaim feature, and an over the shoulder aiming view with no sight that would pretty much make aiming harder than even the other game...

I agree, it does look like it could quite possibly be fake. The covers of the Japanese, European, and American versions all look different than that. Ah well, people can do wonders with photoshop.
