True. I live in Philly, & near my mother's house there is a computing/ nursing school in a mall. So I really don't see the sign in SH3 so unusual.

I know that some hangings were performed with people sitting on horses instead of standing. The ropes would be tied to some type of hangman structure. The executioner would smack the horses & start them running, leaving the prisoner hanging. Though I suppose this idea wouldn't fit in this room b...

I don't find exploring boring at all, & I think exploration is a large part of SH's appeal to some gamers. For me, spending time completing the map, searching for items, & taking in the scenery are the reasons why I play the SH games in the 1st place. Also, being able to observe my surroundi...

I was only disappointed by the fact that there were so many enemies that regenerated. I love exploring in the SH games, & those monsters completely screwed that up for me.

I thought the fight was pretty disappointing. It was SO easy! I used the shotgun on him & just kept on running around the table, changing direction every so often. The one annoying part was the camera. When I came towards the screen the camera would change to this completely unhelpful angle wher...

If I remember correctly, to get the Maria ending: I made sure she didn't take damage. I never ran with her & always kept her close. I revisited her in the hospital when she lied down. & I tried to revisit her after she dies in the abyss jail cell. I didn't look at Mary's photo or letter &...

I thought the enemy designs were pretty boring for this game. Sure, they are freeky but I didn't think they were anything special. As for them being hard to deal with....I ran by every damn one of them. I realized right before going into the Sanitarium that I couldn't finish them all off. & I ne...

I picked up #1 this week & really liked what I read so far. Stamb is doing a nice job with the art -- it's dark, crisp, & clear. & I do agree with one reviewer who says its like Templesmith's art. The beginning of the story isn't the most unique, but I hope it gets pretty crazy once Jack...

I don't know. I think the barbed wire rape, then being ripped in half was a pretty nasty punishment. Pretty imaginative on the parts of the film makers, in my opinion.

It's fairly easy to figure out which roman numeral represents each stretcher. As you look at the clue, picture the room that you are in. The top of the clue is where the oven door is. The bottom of the clue is where the door to the actual room is. Now look at the roman numerals on the clue. The posi...

I think the developers of Silent Hill 5 will take some things fans have said into account. But since it's a new developer for the series, I think they will have their own twist on it, which I'm very excited to see.

Does anyone know if they are going to reproduce more consoles with backwards compatibility? Or if there's any way to still implement it without buying the 60 or 80 gig model? The 60gig PS3 is backwards compatible right out of the box. I'm sure you'll be able to still find them, though the 80gig PS3...
