The town was founded on September 20th or 21st, and the sacrifices happen on the 23rd. You can figure that out with a tombstone in the cemetery.

We already heard you, MMY.

I don't like the flash elements on the document, it makes it crash often, but I'll try to finish reading it today. It seems weird that they would release this now, are they planning to announce the next SH game soon or what? DLC maybe?

I just answered the topic question, why isn't anybody listening to me? Not big Whitaker fans? He's a really good actor. 8) Anyway, at the "blacks getting killed in movies" gag, have you noticed that pretty much everyone in Silent Hill ends up dead? Wheeler surviving is actually a rare occu...

All the games that are being released in 09 and any other game released later on will have trophies. Older games will get trophy updates at the developer's discretion. So far, no news on trophies for SHH.

The file won't expire on rapidshare if you make a collector's account. It's also free to make one.

Oh, okay. It's simply that this is the second or third time I've seen you write something to that effect (that SHH may not be canon), so I was wondering if you were working on something that didn't sit well with the other games. He said the same thing about Origins. I think MMY is on a crusade to n...

It's physically in the game data, and it not only contributes to, but also doesn't contradict the story. There's no real reason to make it non-canon. We didn't write off the hidden data in SH2 as such. If it's part of those unused files in the PC version, then I wouldn't consider them cannon on the...

There is no mention of how old the child has to be, so newborns should count. Think of the Holloways, the younger sister got the shaft, not Elle. wouldn't that seem to logically imply that they could at least stave off the curse for fifty years by killing off Alex, even if the heir isn't born? Yes, ...

There is no contract for the heir, the heir is never set in stone. I'll make it easy and simply quote MMY instead of explaining everything again: The problem for the Sect of the Holy Way was simple: the successor to the Master of Arms' position died when he wasn't supposed to. What everyone neglecte...

There are Trophies (instead of Achievements) for the PS3 and they work just the same, with the exception of getting points you can use to purchase things. Although there are no trophies for SHH.

I love the anger in Alex, he seems more human when his mood changes. Scared and surprised at one moment, angry and cursing at the next one.

I am disappointed with the amount of disdain expressed by some users over a great game considering the developers are completely new to the video game business and the Silent Hill series.

They could still have another child, but that's inconsequential since the problem was that Adam ultimately decided not to kill Alex (more than likely, though arguable, because he couldn't bare to lose another child). The point is that they're not physically constricted from carrying out the sacrific...

They help you a little bit by refilling your health half way if it was lower when you continue. And I think, though I'm sure, they also give you more health if you keep dying.

Compared to modern hospitals, Alchemilla is pretty small. If it used to be the main hospital in the area back in the time of SH1, that must've changed by now. Even Brookhaven in SH2 (1991) is bigger than Alchemilla in SHH (2007). And if you take Alchemilla as no longer being the main hospital, it wo...
