Silent Hill Heaven

I've played silent hill with surround sound. It's awesome. I never played long enough to really get engulfed in the atmosphere. The major thing I noticed is the rumble from the sub woofer. I goes very well with the rumble of the controller.

Did the room in which Alessa was kept have grated floors? I've been in a few industrial/commercial basements that had flooring similar the the floor in the game. Maybe it's another way for her to project her horrible experiences on others.

It seems crazy to me that 20yr olds were so young when the first silent hill came out. I guess I never really comprehended the fact that I was so young when playing silent hill. To me it really hasn't felt like ten years has past by.

There is a section of highway on the way to the Historical Society where lying figures jump out at you. They don't appear to be flying though.

To me it looks like a person walking with a brown jacket or coat. A lot of other people seem to think it's a person walking as well. However the second I looked at it I knew what you were thinking. It does resemble PH.

Last time I checked the copies on ebay were going for 40-50 dollars. I think the game is worth the $30. I've considered buying the first game again since I own all the otherones and the two copies I have are broken.

I can remember being stuck on that part for a few months. I almost considered just giving up on the game.

The references are what make SH1 my favorite in the series. I used to spend hours looking for them or reading about them on the internet. I think it would be f*cking awsome if they included them.

I think it actually happened. I think after the wreck he was wondering around in a daze and attacked. I don't really know how he ended up in the cafe though. After he woke up he thought it was a dream because of course he was in a daze.

One of the details in the game that scared the shit out of me was when you had to chase Josh through hells decent. When ever he turned a corner and you turned after him there would be a smog in his place. It caught me off guard every time.

I gave up on the final boss. It is true though that it gets much easier once you gather more ammo.

I would choose he 'Maria' ending. It seams like a better version of the 'Leave' ending.
