Silent hill is based on a real place, but not a place that has the 'issues' silent hill has. please use the search button before you post a new thread.

Toluca Lake has been mentioned in Pulp Fiction - it's in California.
Other than that, Silent Hill is just a game - don't expect anything to be real :D

They need to make a silenthill camp.
With lazer guns and robotic monsters to shoot. With all the creepy places.
And all of the characters.
Who you can meet and thay appear as thay do in the game.

It might sound stupid but who knows it could be cool.

Silent Hill isn't real. Toluca Lake is real. It's as simple as can be!

Uh, no it wouldn't. Not only are 12 year olds not legal and underage, a camp would be silly. And out of curiosity.. just how old are you?

That was just a press event. And Silent Hill doesn't have anything to do with Centralia, that was just the basis for the movie's version of Silent Hill.

I swear, every new member is more stupid than the last.

There's no need to repeat your inane statement. The only people who bitch about age limits are the people who are underage. You can stop insulting me any time now, you know. Calling us bastards is a sure fire way to get yourself banned. Do it again and don't be surprised to find yourself in a load of trouble.

We clearly state that people under the age of 17 are NOT allowed on the site when they sign up. They're automatically breaking a rule just by being here, so - banned.

No, the events in the game are not based on Centralia. I don't know where you got that from.

... No. Silent Hill, the game, is not based off of some town named Centralia. I don't know where anyone is getting that from, and until the creators actually come out and say it, I won't buy it. Freaky pictures of a town won't win me over in the meantime.

Centralia was part of the basis for the SH in the movie I believe.

maybe thats where people are getting that idea?

Perhaps. It's frustrating as hell, though.
