What would your monsters be?
Keeping in mind that the monsters in SH are based on the characters fears and weaknesses, what would your monsters be like?

I've actually got a bizarre phobia of dogs, so the dogs in my SH would be about 5 foot tall, with huge teeth and can break through doors and you can hear them coming from miles away.

I've always been creeped out by toliets and medical paraphenalia.
I'd imagine I'd probably get chased around by some mobile toliet thing with some sort of snake-like sponge creature coming out of the drain hole. (I actually had a nightmare of that when I was 3 or 4.)
As for medical stuff, the Silent Hill games already have that covered quite nicely....

clowns. lots of clowns. And they all do that twitchy thing with their head.
I'm kind of freaked out by some of the monsters from SH 2-4, so I'd see alot of them too.

Dentists.
And spiders.
God help my sanity should they ever combine.

Heights are the only thing that really REALLY scare me, so if the entire town were to take place on a floating island with a perspex floor and all I could see is the real ground like 2,000ft below, then I'd be frozen stiff! That and the freaky clowns

a giant spider running after you and suddenly a giant metal device shoots out from it and holds you up in the air while a part of the device clutches your jaw and starts pulling out your teeth.
When this is finished the spider gives you a big sticker with a cartoon bear holding a toothbrush on it.
Terrifying.

Not being able to scream but trying to (like in a Nightmare) would be quite effective. Especially if what you are looking at is so scary you fall to the ground and nearly faint.

Well, I'm afraid of heights, screeching, being restrained, and like every other human being, pain.
You tell me.

a giant screeching monster drops down, suspended from the ceiling and grabs you, he then goes back up and goes higher and higher and higher into an endless black void where he slowly cuts into you and pictures of people cover the walls around you.

dentists with knives, may be evil figures of my first love (Whose name is Angela... Scary don't you think?)
I also had to fight a lot of monsters based in nthe Samurai Pizza Cats cause I love them (Silent Hill alkso takes the things you like) and cockroaches...
The rest depends of my mind, I don't know it completely...

People who twitch, with skin tight bags over their heads, some in wheelchairs. I am very afraid of suffocation.

Large, dark areas where you can't really see something coming at you until it's too late. Especially when it's sharks, because you don't stand a chance if you're already in the water. But that'd be hard to work in, unless my SH adventure took place in an aquatic environment.
Ooh, and bees. I hate bees.

Probably something like Angela's if you go by Adversary's theory that her "Silent Hill" is her house. And in this house would be endless room upon room, hallways, doors, dead ends, stairways, etc. and the house would shift constantly, so I'd have a rather hard time finding my way around or out.
Dave would be there, or something representing him, following me. And my mother. And myself--just 'cause.
