well maybe theres already a topic of this, but i searched and nothing! one day i saw this video with glitch. have you got this glitch too? its very bad that i uninstalled sh 2, now i would check out by myself

It happened to me! But I was so confused I quit the game.

If I remembered it correctly (I haven't seen the video yet), as soon as you load it, the animation is as if James has just landed down to Silent Hill or something like that. He was holding the last weapon I used. Kinda freaky. I quit it after that.

That's insane. O.O But also pretty convienient if you think about it. Cause you may be able to get two of the same weapons. Heh, two great knives. =D

Well that's a good reason not to ever buy the pc versions of any SH game.

Cool! But it doesn't work in my version of SH2. All I get is this(I turned off the Noise Filter):


I can't move or anything, what's more, pressing the escape button doesn't bring up the menu. I have to use Alt-F4 to exit the game.

I have the European version of Director's Cut. Fungo is clearly using the US version.

i think it's pretty cool, even if a glitch, because it shows some unusual things, like the wall (which you can walk through). if i'd come across that, i'd probably sumb thinking i was trapped. it's like getting a bonus version of the game, as useless as it is. plus, all the jumping through places (like from the historical society to the labyrinth) would mess me up. it's like having a dream after playing sh2 too much.

Too bad he already took the boat across. It would've been nice to see what had glitched around 'The Stairs of Fire' scene. Maybe you could've actually passed threw the flames as you could Eddie's body?

I own the European (UK) Director's cut edition of the PC Game.

I have three Game Result files; in chronological order:

#1 - It takes me to the cemetery, with no controls (like December Man I have to press Alt+F4 to exit)
#2 - Black screen, only James on it, and no controls.
#3 - Like in Fungo's movie. I'm teleported to the beginning of the game with no fog and everything.

I'm gonna buy the game for PC or download it, and check it out.

So, different outcome, different revisit glitch? lol

I had a similar glitch only I was stuck at the very beginning of the game near the bathroom with my guns etc but I couldn't leave that area. I was stuck and had to turn the game off.
