Singing Ghost?

On the website http://www.shm.dustfungo.com/ under SH4 audios section, under music, there's something entitled "Singing Ghost" and it is stated that it's heard in the Apartment and Water Prison.

I have never heard this singing before now.

It`s pretty funny if you ask me but it only happens when you put the waxed shirt in the bloody bath tub in you apartment and then get the sword of obedience.You must then go into the the room where the greedy worm is flopping around then enter the room with the spiralling staircase you will see his video and then fight him.When he is down put the sword of obedience in him and tale the keys in his hand.Then go back into the room with the greedy worm and unloke the door.

Noticed my site, eh?
For some reason I found the same file while hacking the PC version of SH4 in both the apartment area and the water prison area, but I only remember it being sung by Andrew in the water prison.

odd iv never heard the singing and iv played it like 3 times. maybe i sounds like something else, cause silent hill noises tend to sound like something they're not

Somewhere during the thread, someone said he's singing verses from the 21 Sacraments Ritual. I'm majorly curious as to how that goes. Can anyone transcribe what exactly he's saying?
