Eileens nurse outfit

So I got all the endings n I took eileens costume from her room but it says I can't use it. I trie putting uniform in box m saved game before end boss but wen I go to brand new fear it's no in box. Wut am I doin wrong?

You have to have it in your invertory in the last boss fight. NOT in the chest.

I had it with me in end boss but wen I played the brand new fear it wasn't in my inventory anymore. I've done this 3 times but wut exactly happens?

It shouldn't be in your inventory when you start the new game.

If you get an ending in which Eileen survives while you have the nurse uniform in your inventory, you should be prompted to choose which outfit Eileen should wear when you start a new game.

That's what I read, anyway. Haven't bothered to do it myself.

It's not supposed to be in your inventory in the brand new fear game. But the game asks you in the beginning if you want Eileen to wear to nurse outfit.

And Juri is right. You must achieve an ending in which Eileen survives.

I achieved the ending in which Eileen survives, didn't check my inventory and when I started the brand new fear no body asked me to chose between any out fits.

Yep, gotta have it in your inventory and have her survive. I did it once on ps2 for the heck of it. when you start again it gives you the option of her wearing it.

If you have it for PC, you can cheat by renaming the files, as well, but I forget which ones they were.
