[SH4] Help with Water World Puzzle

Hey guys, I need some help with the puzzle where you need to punch the 'secret number' into the number pad in the basement, but it says it's too dark. Any help? Did I miss something?

You need to let more light into the room where you would punch in the number. Go to the surveillance room and try to solve the puzzle by adjusting the cells so that the light would fall into the aforementioned room.

I forgot the exact combination. You should try it yourself first, but if you cannot really go through it, just check gamefaqs or other websites that would provide you with the solution.
