Here are the easy-riddle comments I found. There were surprisingly few, if this was all of them. Most of them come up at the end of the normal comment Heather does.

"If I straightened out that hanger...
Now there's an idea."

(oil, with wine bottle, easy-riddle)
"I bet I could put some in that
empty wine bottle."

(try to cross after reading the memo about sewer monster, easy-riddle?)
"It's too dangerous to cross.
Seems like there's a monster here.
Is this a joke? Well, with the way
things're going, I guess it wouldn't
be so strange if it were for real."

(try to cross with dryer, easy-riddle?)
"It's too dangerous to cross.
I have a bad feeling about this..."

(rusted gate, easy-riddle)
"A winch or something might
do the trick."
