Blood Loss. You NEVER go to sleep if you have a concussion, the blood will flow to your head, to your concussion, and you will die. Even a NURSE (ahem) should know that. Oh, and the pill didn't do good either. If you give her the wrong pill, she'll call you and say "Harry! What did you....I had a horrible dream-" etc. When you reach the apartment, you see the wrong pill that you gave her scattered all around the table, and she's already dead.
