Strange window on top left corner in game...

Hello everybody.

I have used the guide which tells how to make the PC version full HD (angular fix ETC,) and the game looks amazing. However, the game seems to flash a small window (like an actual Windows XP/7 window) that says "SH2PC TITLE" and it never seems to go away.

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how can I get that window out? Sometimes it effects my playing and it just plain annoys me. Thanks.

P.S. if you need a screenshot, I can do that.
