No, there's no such a thing as a Silent Hill Collection. Especially not in PAL. (And I can't recall hearing an announcement of it either...)

I found it on 4Chan. Since their threads get deleted quickly, I wasn't gonna post the link to the picture because it would've been gone before most people got to it. I saved it and uploaded it to Photobucket so I could show it here.

According to that translation, it's a compilation containing Silent Hill 2, 3, & 4 for the PS2, set to be released in Europe as a box-set priced below fifty euros at the end of April.
