I've never seen it anywhere. Looks like it'd just be a boxset with 2, 3 and 4 in it.

No, there's no such a thing as a Silent Hill Collection. Especially not in PAL. (And I can't recall hearing an announcement of it either...)

Meh, I wouldn't complain if they did have such a thing.

But it does look fake.

I found it on 4Chan. Since their threads get deleted quickly, I wasn't gonna post the link to the picture because it would've been gone before most people got to it. I saved it and uploaded it to Photobucket so I could show it here.

looks very much a fake, which it most definetly is. Konami would have marketed it somehow and some media would have anounced it somehow and blah blah...

Uh. Unless my faulty french skills (No, I don't know any french) fail me, this confirms this collection as... real. Hm. Still can't find these news on Gamespot or IGN yet though...

I decided to ask our trustworthy friend Babelfish for help: (Warning! Since it's Babelfish, remember to expect bad grammar and weird choice of words)
Babelfish wrote:Total Silent Hill for the end of April

In order to accompany with dignity the exit in rooms by the film Silent Hill, Konami will propose as of the end of April The Silent Hill Collection including/understanding the totality of the opus of the saga appeared on Playstation 2, namely Silent Hill 2, Silent Hill 3 and very last Silent Hill 4: The Room, the whole for a price lower than 50 (euro). An excellent initiative for the fans thus, but also (and especially) the occasion for the neophytes to discover this excellent series. One will regret however the absence of the first opus, appeared originally on PsOne. To remain in the actu Silent Hill, next 11 May will be published a special UMD heading The Silent Hill Experience which will make it possible to discover the series under the aspect of comics interactive divided into 6 chapters, but also of the musics, an interview of the realizer Christophe Gans (in load of film) and various no-claims bonus.

According to that translation, it's a compilation containing Silent Hill 2, 3, & 4 for the PS2, set to be released in Europe as a box-set priced below fifty euros at the end of April.
