SH tributes in LBP

Post by jdnation »

Someone took some time to try and recreate the SH3 trailer in LittleBigPlanet 2. It's not something 'playable' though it does open the doors to creating cool cutscene like things in LBP2 levels... I think the music was also created in the game's music creator. Anyway, it's pretty cool and gets an 'A' for effort.

I should play this level pronto! I played one Silent Hill inspired level before (It seemed to be inspired by the movie, really). I'm very anxious now.

This is...well, pretty awesome. It's one of the best things I've seen done with any of the Little Big Planet games. It's very accurate as far as its comparison to the trailer goes, but it still holds its own weight in being something new and interesting for SH and LBP fans alike. Thanks for sharing this, I probably wouldn't have seen it otherwise! :)

That was amazing! I didn't know there was a more cinematic side to "levels" you could create.
I really do need to pick upLBP2.

Thanks for the link, that was great!

That is awesome. I watched it yesterday but didn't get around to commenting on it until now. I really love that!

And people thought Claudia looked freaky before...

That was kinda cool, but I'd like to see an actual play-throughable SH level. I only have the first LBP and never saw one, but I think I only played a small percentage of the user-made levels.

I just noticed this, phantomess. There are loads of Silent Hill levels on both LBP and LBP2. Just search 'Silent Hill' in the search and they should come up. For the majority, they're all really good levels, mainly focusing on the first game and the movie.

Merged another LBP topic with this and moved to Silent Hill Media.
