The many uses of the wonderful kitchen knife!

Have you seen Harry's daughter anywhere? Short, dark hair?

All slash type weapons, chainsaw too, in the game really blow.
If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.

best weapons are katana and pipe. ( aside from the firearms.)
Kitchen knife is short and doesnt do any real damage.

Fire Hammer is the way to go, I don't think I ever equipped the knife or Axe more than once.

^Indeed. The Emergency Hammer is the best melee weapon of the game.

I'd rather use knife instead of handgun, because once you throw it to an opponent it would instantly hit the later without any sound and conserve bullets at the same time.
pepper spray is not the best weapon for an enemy; The best weapon against an enemy is another enemy

The dogs were impossible without a firearm
I found almost all the enemies (pal version by the way) really tough without using up bullets
So I mostly ran past them and only killed bosses and nurses

I usually do the same thing when playing through this one. I haven't found a good way to dodge a lot of the demon baby mobs in the school though. I can usually dodge 1-2 of them but I recall one classroom on the east side of the school that had 3.

Has anybody been able to master dodging 3 at a time?

I can't seem to find away around them without shooting. If I recall it's the one locked classroom right next to the library reserve. If you have done it then please teach me how! lol

If I wanted to evade them, I always used a combination of walking and running to kind of fake them, and sometimes led them in circles until I could squeeze past them along a wall. Usually, I had to much fun beating them with the pipe to even think about dodging them.

I found the pipe to be very useful in most situations. Generally, if a firearm wasn't needed I'd just whack things with the pipe until they stopped moving. The pipe was great. :D

I've actually found that I somehow managed to 'conserve' my ammo. Although I'm pretty sure it was by accident, since I just tend to scream and run the hell away from whatever it is chasing me. If I do use something, it's most likely to be the handgun.
Forget it. This is way too gross. Who would even think of doing something so disgusting?

I never use the kitchen knife.
1. Handgun
2. Emergency hammer
3. Shotgun for bosses
4. Rifle for the final boss

There was so much ammo for the handgun that I just blasted anything in my way.

I've never used the knife. I find it to be worse than useless. It doesn't do very much damage and it's range is terrible. I prefer the katana.

I can't stand the katana or rock drill. Both feel to flimsy, and in the case of the katana just sends you flying in places you don't mean to go. The hammer was the best physical weapon considering it's range, speed, and raw power. But i'm one that just sticks with the handgun.
