Nurse Lisa?

Okay i'm just about done the Alternate Hostpital and i have a question regarding Nurse Lisa. In that one room i forget which one it is but you go to open the door and it says something like "the door is locked, a sound can be heard from the other side" Now i've almost completed everything in the hostpital so have i missed Lisa or something? i'm not sure and also in the normal hostpital version why is there a glass shattered and blood everywhere? whats the point of that room?

You meet up with the nurse later on - you pretty much have to go meet her, so I dont think you can skip it. Also, the shattered glass and liquid is Aglaophotis, which ties in with the animosity between Dahila and Kaufmann.

If the door is locked, and you hear a sound from the other side, you're missing a certain key. Go back to the other floors and search again.

wait that liquid you will need to use it to save cybil. get an empty bottle from the kitchen in the hospital i think, then use it in the luquid

has anybody realize this. lisa is crying almost at the end because shes a ghost right. she bleeds and needs your help. if you go back inside the room where she is, you will see a diary saying that she needs drugs. well i found some drugs. it was in indianna run something like that and i went inside this locked store. i opened it and there was a lot of toilet paper in the floor and there was this little door locked. i use a key and harry opened it and the only thing he says is drugs...? but he wont pick them up. do you have to do something? or is there nothing you can do?

they're there for your knowledge, for the player to fully understand the plot. Neither Harry nor Lisa will proceed to snort, inhale, smoke,shoot up or ingest the drugs.

Yah....however, if you want to change your ending, you'll have to unlock the bottle of red liquid in the motorcycle in the hotel which Harry thinks is "dope".....

Kaufmanns aglaophotis is in fact, hawaiian punch laced with white claudia, with some of the real aglaophotis stuff.

yeah, you can't do much with lisa except listen to her about 3-4 times and watch her die. She's only an LPN.

hey you guys check this out, i saw this and it was weird. many of you probably heard of an ambulance ending right? well check this clip out, its about the silent hill ambulance ending. it has some part of sh 4 but it was kind of weird

Its decent..but you can very much tell where the added stuff in. When the voice acting stops but they are still talking you know you are in trouble. Near the end it just becomes a laughable mess..Made me giggle anyway

And the ambulances movment was a little bit funny somethimes you could se Harrys head there.

i made that... and notice I said in the description " based on the 6th ending rumour," which a lot o fpeople obviously missed and said "hey that's fake." of course it's fake...
