Silent Hill 1 - Mystery images (beta?)

Hello! Some time ago, I used a program called PSXMC (PSX Multi Converter) to check my Silent Hill disc. PSXMC found the videos, dialogues, digital music and some textures from the game. But some images caught my attention:

I really don't remember seeing this during the game. Who is she? And what's this image doing here. Does anybody know?
I have some theories: her haircut looks a little similar to Lisa's; and the layout of the image resembles the background of the Options screen, with Harry:

Was she a playable character that got cut in some part of the development of the game?

Can anybody translate them? What does those images mean?

Something about the way the first picture looks reminds me of Dahlia. Maybe a young Dahlia?
The second one I know I've seen somewhere before. I believe that was the picture I said on a different forum looked like a picture of my uncle Emmit.

The Japanese characters are a mystery to me. There was one that I was certain meant either 'home' or 'family' but google proved me wrong, so I don't know. Where's Burning Man when you need him?

The first one is Lisa and the second one is Harry, if my memory is correct. Those are hidden files that were not used during the game.

The first image isn't Lisa. It's just an unknown non-character.

This drawing looks unfinished to me. Maybe they didn't color the eyes correctly yet.

I could've swore that first image was an early version of Lisa that they didn't use. Like Scarlet stated, i too remember these files being hidden on the disk,..or at least i remember hearing that they were hidden.

The Harry picture was used in the status screen right? That Lisa picture doesn't look enough like her model in the game. I'm not sure that the last two pictures mean anything.
