Silent Hill 1's bosses were always the creepiest to me... in 2nd place would be Silent Hill 2.

Leanord:
You though he was a normal human, but no - he's an 11 foot tall deformed man with pointed arms instead of hands. Totally unexpected and chilling.
So far the creepiest bosses of them all have been in 3 for me.

The worm wasn't so bad, but The Missionary was pretty scary (the way he just ran around you and you couldn't see him).

Then Leonard was just plain horrible. It's mostly the way he goes under the water and you can't see him, but still hear him. Memory Of Alessa wasn't too bad, but The God was freakin' nasty.

All-in-all, not the kind of things you want to meet on a misty night.

Mary.

I didn't think PH was creepy at all...just imposing...and daunting and terrifying. Not creepy.

PH seems scary. They're like the Daleks of the SH universe. If you don't know what a Dalek is, look it up.

Nevermind. There's people inside them, huh? I think it looks kind of stupid.

Sure they look like a gigantic pepperpot (quoted directly from Dr. Who, that is), but they are very hard to destroy and are the scourge of the universe. Even though in the newer Dr. Who they have become Emos.

SH2. I was scared of fighting Eddie. After playing resident evil 4 a million times I expected him to morth into some giant gluttonus monster. But noooo He was just a plain old human. I was disapointed. Pyramid Head freaked me out when I first saw him in the apartments standing behind the metal bars giving off a erie red glow.

Pyramid "I-like-raping-ugly-monsters" Head is a close second.
