I would give Henry and Eileen their own wants, desires, and fears in order to make the players more emotionally attached to them.
I would also change the Patients' burps to screams. Not original, but more appropriate for Silent Hill.

Regardless of his intentions (which were not good in the game), he is responsible for the victims of the drugs and the people of Silent Hill. Thus, he is as bad as we think he is. He knew what the drug did, and he knew he was involved with the wrong side of the law.

To my opinion, I never really liked the Hyper Spray. Attacking monsters with a gun or melee weapon is much more adrenaline-pumping and thrilling than oh... spraying them like they were an annoying bug!

I HATED the Forest World Second Time. Cost me a plethora of healing items. Walter Sullivan sucks!

Also, there wasn't much justification on Cristabella's decisions. I thought they were kinda silly at times.
