whats scarier, fighting an enemy with a peice of wood....or a high powered assault rifle........not much of a challenge.

im stickin with the idea of primitave and things you can find lyin around anywhere...i dont think your gonna find a rocket launcher or mini-gun anywhere in silent hill. weapons like knives, axes, crow bars, tire irons, hammers, baseball bats, stuff like that is what you need

no those ideads suck! a rocket launcher and hardcore machinery like that would turn the game into resident evil! silent hill is so good do to the fact that you dont have weapons like that, instead of trying to kill everything its more based on survival!

hey, i remember hearin that

as a matter of fact you can exorcise a haunting with the medallion, ive done it. just equip the saints medallion and stand in the effected area of the haunting for a minute and eventually it will go away...but keep in mind if your using a medallion it will break over time

yeah and since you cant regenerate your health, each time you visit your room he'll just drain you out if ya dont get rid of it

i dont really think you can interact with the hauntings, but i could be wrong....and yeah the shadow in the closet is pretty unavoidable, so its best to get rid of it asap

i actually like the hauntings with the victim coming out of the wall, the kids shadow in the closet, the one with the picture of walter, the cat one, and the dead henry...those were pretty creepy

all of them, but i must admit that some were pretty interesting to see

oh oh oh...a sledge hammer. c'mon not hard to find (home improvement store, some garage) and brutaly devastating, only set back is speed....or how about just a hammer in general
