In that page, it says you can find the other 4 dwarfs of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" if you look around, specifically at some transparent floor tiles.

He's asking if anyone's seen that, what it's like, and if there are any screenshots of it.

While I think the theory needs more proof, an interesting response to your statement would be this... assuming that he's made up all these monsters and shit in his head, what would stop him from making up the city as he goes along? he's been there a handful of times, so he knows the general layout,...
