Luck AND money, maybe you can find some of those, but very expensive, also if is an auction of a very rare item, it's probably more of one person would bid on it.

The shipping is not the problem, the big deal is the fee of that ammount. I'd love to buy it but is very very expensive to me.

I have saw it only on eBay and Y! Auctions, also in my local eBay (Mercado Libre from Mexico) but is very expensive there. No idea of where you can get.

I don't have a bootleg to compare, but i'm pretty sure those codes are not the same between originals and bootlegs.

Mmm, i'm confused with your question. The catalog number makes the difference between versions, if you are talking about the serial number engraved on the disc, it only count in soundtrack without a catalog number like limited soundtracks or promos. Each region have their code style.

I don't know but looks trustable. I saw on the site rare SH soundtracks, like the SH1 european version, but i don't bought it because i wasn't sure... two days later OST was sold.

That's a lie, if where only 100 the price today would be very elevated and almost impossible to get (and i saw alot of them through the years). But i guess anyway the DVD was a short print, just like the Lost Memories.
