Silent Hill Heaven

The controls are REALLY clunky. It's like SH4 clunky. I don't like the way Murphy is handled and his attacks are so limited. You can't even move much while attacking so often, I end up hitting the air instead of the target... Picking up stuff... Kind of irritating. I don't want to drop my weapon eve...

Think one of the best things about Downpour is just how much there is to explore. The map is huge and there are barely any locked doors in comparison to the old titles...

The amount of sidequests was impressive, too.

Wasn't as good as the maps in the first few games or Homecoming, but more real. I welcome it.

The first half scared me quite a lot (still not as much as my first SH4:TR playthrough, though!!) but the second half begins to lack in scares somewhat. I haven't completed it fully yet, though, I'm currently in the prison toward the end.

The Movie =/= the Game. It's time for people to get over it. But I want to spend $12 to see the cutscenes of the game strung together into a 90 minute feature. Why would I want something different that would possibly enhance my viewing experience because my expectations of the content won't mirror ...

I would guess that Henry would be stuck in the Otherworld forever. I find it hard to believe that he would walk into the death trap at the end of the game. Walter probally had a fun time spanking him with a paddle, too... You know how those dudes swing. Awwww yeah.

SH4 is, in my opinion, a masterpiece. Okay, so the controls are all clunky and things could flow a little better, but the same could be said for every early Silent Hill game...

I'm with Droo. Probably the hospital underwernt a lot of work over 20 years... Also, 0rigins poses a Hell of a lot more questions than anything in Homecoming... I think that would be the wiser focus here. ;P I don't think Alchemilla's incarnation in Homecoming had anything to do with Alex's 'nightma...

I've seen far too many Japanese horror films for Cynthia to be frightening to me at this point.

Jasper freaked me out a lot as well as Andrew, but... to be honest, I think Jasper was the creepiest. Richard was just irritating as fuck.
